I have a website for the descendants of Ambrose Geoghegan born 1753, Dublin who died in Kentucky on 08 Apr 1815 and is buried on what is now Fort Knox. It is located at: http://geoghegan.anniegms.com

While not directly related, wanted to answer your post. We have Geoghegans here in MD- saw your ancestor had lived in Hagerstown. Our family arrived in the early 1850's in MD and were from County Kildare.
